Every four years, the rules change for Xcel gymnastics under USA Gymnastics. Sometimes there are a lot of changes, and other years, the Xcel gymnastics requirements stay pretty much the same. There’s always a lot of talk about what these changes will be. This article will be updated with the changes as soon as we know about them.

Currently, no information has been released about the 2022-2026 Xcel gymnastics requirements. The new Xcel Code of Points is usually released in the spring (April/May) of the year the rules change.

For this reason, I will list the CURRENT (2018-2022) requirements until I have updates that can be posted. Keep checking back, as this will be the first place I update with the new Xcel gymnastics requirements.
